Meet Jon D.
Yo! My name is Jon Devine and I started working with Altitude in April of 2017 after closing down my last business, Devine Fitness. I closed that company down after 4 strong years to help my adopted family keep their Tae Kwon-Do Academy running after my grandfather’s leukemia diagnosis in November of 2015. I spent 17 years of my life studying and competing at the international level. I had some notable achievements over the years; 3rd Degree Blackbelt, 7x Tournament Grand Champion, 4x National Champion, and my pinnacle achievement International Runner-Up. Being raised in this environment has made me fiercely competitive which, in my opinion, makes commission sales the most fun fun way to get paid!
My Story
I chose this career because of the unparalleled freedom, lack of commission caps, renewal commissions, and the 100% vested ownership of my book of business that I earned back in 2022! That same year I was the #1 agent in the state of Montana and the #39 agent in the nation. The very next year in 2023 my team and I were the #28 team in the nation with 2 of our agents finishing in the Top 80 agents in the nation!
A few more fun facts about me; I am an Army Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom, I am the founder and host of the Healthy.Wealthy.People. podcast, even though I am no longer a Personal Trainer fitness and the gym are still a daily part of my life, my wife Kelly is my business partner in both this and our rental properties, in the winter you can find me atop snowy peaks on my snowboard and in the summer you can find me behind a wake boat on a surf board.
