By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages about job opportunities, application status, and interview reminders from Compass Business Group DBA: Altitude.

 

Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of employment. Carriers are not liable for delayed/undelivered messages.

SMS Program Terms & Conditions

Program Name: Compass Business Group DBA: Altitude Recruiting SMS

Program Description: We send text messages about roles you applied to, interview scheduling and reminders, next steps, onboarding info, and related recruiting updates.

 

Opt-In & Eligibility

  • You opt in when you submit an application with a consent checkbox, text a keyword (e.g., APPLY) to our number, or otherwise provide your number and agree to receive texts.

  • You confirm your consent via our first message.

  • You must be located in the U.S. and use a U.S. carrier; you must be 18+ or have permission.

 

Message Frequency

  • Recurring messages; frequency varies by position and stage in the process.

 

Costs

  • Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

 

Opt-Out / STOP

  • Reply STOP at any time to end messages from this program.

  • After STOP, you’ll receive a final confirmation text. We immediately cease messaging and (per our policy) delete your SMS-related personal data except where we must retain limited records for legal or compliance purposes.

 

HELP

 

Data Retention & Re-Opt-In on Reapplication

  • If you indicate you’re not interested, or we have no activity with you for 30 days, we delete your SMS-related personal data (subject to minimal lawful retention).

  • If you later apply again or opt in again, you’ll be re-opted in and begin receiving messages once more under these Terms.

 

Supported Carriers & Delivery

  • Delivery may vary by carrier and location. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

Consent Not a Condition

  • Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of applying or being hired.

 

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms. The “Last Updated” date will change. Continued participation after changes indicates acceptance.

Information We Collect

  • Contact details you provide (e.g., mobile number, name).

  • Application details (role applied for, location preferences, scheduling availability).

  • Message metadata (timestamps, delivery status, your replies such as STOP/HELP).

  • Limited device/carrier information provided by SMS gateways (for deliverability and fraud prevention).

 

How We Use Information

  • To send recruiting messages you requested or consented to.

  • To schedule and remind you about interviews and next steps.

  • To manage opt-ins/opt-outs and comply with messaging rules.

  • To improve program performance (aggregated analytics).

 

Legal Bases (where applicable)

  • Your consent; our legitimate interests in efficient recruiting; compliance with law.

 

Sharing

  • We do not sell your personal information.

Retention & Deletion

  • If you are not interested or there’s no activity for 30 days, we delete your SMS-related personal data from our SMS systems, keeping only minimal records required for legal/compliance/audit (e.g., proof of consent/opt-out).

  • If you reply STOP, we immediately cease messaging and delete your SMS-related personal data from active systems, subject to the same minimal lawful retention noted above.

  • If you reapply or opt in again in the future, you’ll be re-enrolled and begin receiving messages again.

 

Your Choices

 

Security

  • We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

 

Children

  • Our recruiting program is intended for adults (18+).

 

Updates

  • We may update this notice and will revise the “Last Updated” date accordingly.
