Meet Deven Beck
Deven started with Altitude in 2014, so he has been here since our early days as an agency. He wrestled at Northwest College in Wyoming before finishing his BS in Biology at the University of Montana. After college and prior to coming to work with us, he worked as a lab technician at Glaxo Smith Kline. Deven came here because he wanted to work with people and a company that aligned with the goals and dreams that he had for his family, and Altitude was the best place that he found that supported those goals and dreams. "It’s not about the money, it’s about the freedom," he says when asked, "but that being said, it is pretty cool to have the style of job where you only cap out financially when you cap out as a person. The minute you improve as a person, you get some instant gratification that results in a bigger paycheck. I can honestly say I am a better person from each improvement I’ve made here at Altitude."
