Meet Andy Santos

Andy lives in Franklin, TN. He started in January of 2005 as an agent. He worked his way up through the ranks from a Top Sales Agent, to Top Team Leader, to a Top Agency Owner in 2013. He was selected to the coveted “Growth Council” in 2016, 2017, and a third time for 2023, and he continues to live out his passion for protecting clients and developing people here at Altitude.
